The All Progressives Congress, APC, has constituted its Presidential Campaign Council for the 2027 elections, with former Zamfara State Governor, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, appointed Director-General.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima will serve as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the council, while APC National Chairman, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, will serve as Deputy Chairman.
Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, has been appointed Secretary, while APC National Secretary, Senator Ajibola Bashiru, will serve as Deputy Secretary.

Other key appointments include Senate President Godswill Akpabio and House Speaker Tajudeen Abbas as Deputy Directors-General for the South and North respectively.
The council also includes several party leaders and officials across various directorates, including media, legal, mobilisation and election planning.
President Tinubu charged members to work for the party’s victory in the 2027 presidential election and urged them to highlight the administration’s achievements during the campaign.
