The reigning Miss Oilcity Nigeria, Delta State, Queen Comrade Success Benjamin Irhuoghene, has extended warm birthday wishes to Engr. Victor Isereke, PhD, describing him as an icon and beacon of hope to youths in the Niger Delta region.
