Olorogun Dr. Ebenezer Okorodudu, Executive Director of Projects, DESOPADEC, has congratulated the Chairman of the Delta Broadcasting Service Board, Barrister Moses Odibo Elegbete, on his birthday.
In a congratulatory message issued in Warri on Sunday, August 16, 2026, Dr. Okorodudu described Odibo as a distinguished administrator and committed public servant whose leadership has contributed to the growth of the Delta Broadcasting Service.
He commended his dedication to the organisation’s responsibility of informing, educating and entertaining the people of Delta State.
