The Delta State Government says it remains committed to creating a business-friendly environment that encourages investment and sustainable development across the state.
On behalf of Governor Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori, the Secretary to the State Government, Hon. Kingsley Emu, received the Managing Director of Hand of God Construction Company Limited, Engr. David Nwachukwu, and his management team during a proposal presentation on affordable housing for Deltans and other residents.
Speaking at the meeting, Kingsley Emu said government alone cannot meet the growing demand for infrastructure and housing, stressing the need for collaboration with the private sector.
He reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to supporting investors through sustained infrastructure development and business-friendly policies. He also described Delta as one of Nigeria’s most attractive investment destinations, citing its peaceful environment, strategic location, and ongoing infrastructural development.
The SSG added that Delta State has recently emerged as one of the country’s fastest-growing destinations for domestic investment, with increasing interest in real estate, commerce, and other productive sectors.
