The National Leader of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, Senator Ketitsen Dixon, has appointed three new aides ahead of the 2027 general elections.

According to a statement issued on Monday by the NDC National Publicity Secretary, Osa, the appointments include Sani Takori as Political Adviser, Vincent Martin Ilo as Chief Technical Adviser, and veteran journalist Steve Wosu as Spokesman.

The statement said the appointments, which took immediate effect, are aimed at strengthening the senator’s political operations, administration and strategic communication.

Takori, a lawyer and former lawmaker, has held several legal and public service positions, including Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Zamfara State.

Ilo is a broadcast journalist and public relations expert with nearly four decades of experience. He previously served as Special Adviser on Media to the Enugu State Governor and was also a member of the governing board of the National Broadcasting Commission.

Wosu is a veteran journalist and political communication strategist who has worked with major Nigerian newspapers, including The Guardian, ThisDay and The Sun.

The NDC said the three appointees were selected based on their professional experience and track records.
