Nigerian singer and songwriter Brymo has reignited his long-running public feud with fellow music star Burna Boy, saying he still harbours resentment over their past disagreements and sees no sign of reconciliation.

Speaking during a recent podcast interview, Brymo disclosed that the dispute between the two artistes remains unresolved despite the passage of time. He said the disagreement has become deeply personal, adding that he has no intention of mentioning Burna Boy in his music again.

The singer suggested that he has moved on professionally but maintained that the issues between them have not been settled. According to him, there has been no meaningful conversation or effort to resolve the differences that have kept the pair at odds.

The conflict between the two musicians first gained public attention in 2023 after Brymo accused Burna Boy of drawing inspiration from his creative ideas without giving him proper recognition. The allegations sparked widespread debate among fans and industry observers.

Burna Boy later appeared to respond through a freestyle in which he made references widely interpreted as being directed at Brymo, further intensifying the public exchange between the two artistes.

Since then, both singers have continued their respective careers, releasing new music and performing on major stages. However, Brymo’s latest remarks indicate that the tension between them has not eased and that any prospect of reconciliation remains uncertain.

Neither Burna Boy nor his representatives have publicly responded to Brymo’s latest comments at the time of this report.
